A: What if I told you this program is not about getting an A+ in module completion...

Q: How long is the program?
A: SIX months. I've been coaching for years now and tried all sorts of timelines. Six months is the sweet spot where you actually start to TRUST your alignment and have time to put in place the practical systems to support your energy!
Q: When can I join the HCCC and how long is the program?
A: Right now! You will get access to the program materials as soon as you enroll.
Your six months begins after our onboarding call so we will have a chance to walk you through how everything works & all the ways you can receive support.
REMINDER: You don't have to feel "ready." Feeling ready is a myth!
All you have to be is willing!

Q: When are the Calls?
A: We have three Group Calls a month on Thursdays at 10 am Eastern Standard Time.
Q: How long are the calls?
A: Typically our calls are two hours. We do our best to stay on time and respect that you have a life outside of this program.
Q: Will the calls be recorded?
A: Absolutely! Replays are available within 24-hours.
Q: How much time do I need to devote to the program?
A: GREAT Question!
2-hours a week for our calls which happen three times a month with a week off- because we practice what we preach and rest is an important action step!
3-hours a week to implement: I recommend you devote at least 3 hours for your business strategy - which we will design together.
2-Hours if starting from scratch: You might want to factor in a few more hours to set up your systems if you do not have them set up already, or you can use this time to further develop your coaching skills/watch trainings inside the vault.
7-Hours total: that's an average of ONE HOUR A DAY!
Q: I’m not good at tech. Will you be able to help me set up the systems I need to put in place?
A: I’ve SO been there.
That’s why I’ll help you simplify and clarify what you absolutely need to put in place and in what order so that it isn't overwhelming.
We also have the tech library to support you, and I'm happy to make a quick video tutorial to walk you through what might take you 3-hours on your own - so you can accomplish it in 3-minutes!
We're not just going to cover how-to's in tech...
You're going to LEARN how to THINK DIFFERENTLY about tech so that you have the skills to figure out whatever you need to in the future!
And... we've got email copy samples & templates for you to use as a jumping-off point! Because it's so much easier to see an example than staring at a blank page starting from scratch!
Q: I'm actually good at the tech stuff. Is this program still for me?
A: If you don't have a waitlist of clients yet, then YES!
The tech setup is just ONE aspect of your coaching business.
We can focus on creating an aligned outreach strategy, clarify your marketing & enrollment process so it feels authentic, and design your program delivery...
We can go as deep as you're called to go!

Q: I don’t know where to start, I’m so overwhelmed. How will I know where to begin?
A: Start by signing up for the Heart Centered Coach Club. I’m not joking. Before your onboarding call, I'll have you share your values and core desired feelings. From there we can intentionally design where to start.
It really is the best next step… especially if you’re overwhelmed.
Q: I really want to do this… but I don’t have the time. What are my options?
A: Before you decide that time really is the issue, take a look at your priorities. If finding clients is a priority right now, I encourage you to find an extra 3 hours in your week (25 mins per day) to do client outreach and make this club and community a possibility! If you don't know how to do that, you could be spending that time with us learning how to do outreach and bring in new clients in a way that feels authentic to you!
Q: Do I have to participate in the Facebook group?
A: No. It IS a place where you can connect with your peers and receive incredible feedback and support. But if social media isn't your thing, I respect that.
Q: Do I have to participate in the LIVE Calls?
A: No. If you learn best by listening, just tell me! I've joined programs before and could only watch the replays... and I still found tremendous value in joining.
And... if you tend to be a wall-flower but have a desire to speak up and ask questions but feel uncomfortable... THIS is the program for you! Share this with me during our onboarding call... I've got your back. Because I used to be YOU!
Q: What is the Refund Policy?
A: We stand by this product with 100% confidence and we want you to be 100% satisfied with it. That’s why we provide you a 14-day window to dive into the course. If you put in an honest effort and send us your completed coursework (however much you complete) we’ll happily refund the money.
